- Hosing is open to small through to medium sites with more than 100 visitors or less (if your site is larger and has heavy traffic please also include this with your application).
- A wide range of sites are accepted, but currently I will not allow anti-anime, hentai (adult), or hate sites.
- It isn't always a must to have a current site; if you're a first time user, I can't always guarantee you a place. So current site owners take precedence.
- Please have some knowledge of HTML, this includes clean, clear graphics and content & FTP knowledge is a plus. Page builder sites will not be accepted.
- Layouts do not have to be handmade, but do need to be clean and crisp. Good quality is a plus.
- Hot linking/Direct linking is strictly disallowed.
- You must be reliable and trustworthy – update often and keep in contact with me. (via email or Instant Message)
- Do not apply if you do not intend to update often or are online less than once a month.
- PHP/MySQL is also available, some knowledge of PHP is a plus, but set up is available by myself.
- Blogs that are collectives are also allowed to apply. (redirect to kuroi-tsuki.org hosting)
- Blog applicants wishing to use PHP please remember to add this detail when applying.
- Linkage back to kuroi-hoshi.org or kuroi-tsuki.org should be clear and on splash or main page at all times!
